Myrtha Golatt, D.D.
After decades of experience in workforce development, training, and ministry, led by Dr. Myrtha Golatt, at the age of 80, created Empowered Pathways to Purpose to provide seniors with practical tools and emotional encouragement to begin their “Second Act.” Through workshops, coaching, and community partnerships, the organization offers guidance in resume writing, interview preparation, online applications, and navigating today’s digital job market. But more than that, we instill renewed belief in the wealth of life experience seniors carry—experience employers need now more than ever.

Empowered Pathways to Purpose is a nonprofit organization founded with a powerful mission: to guide and support seniors as they re-enter the workforce with confidence, purpose, and dignity. Led by Dr. Myrtha Golatt, an 80-year-old empowerment coach, published author, and retired pastor believes that age is not a limitation but a source of wisdom, resilience, and value. Empowered Pathways to Purpose also bridges technology and faith, offering both secular and faith-based versions of workshops. We honor the past, embrace the present, and equip our community to face the future with boldness and grace.
